We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), content submitted through the platform (voice recordings, articles, notes), and usage analytics (page views, feature usage). We do not collect data beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
Your data is used solely to provide the WikiFlow service. We never sell your data, use it to train AI models without your explicit consent, or share it with third parties except service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI inference).
When you submit content for AI rewriting, your text is sent to OpenAI's API to generate a draft article. OpenAI does not use your data to train their models under our enterprise agreement. Voice recordings are transcribed using Whisper AI and are not retained by OpenAI after processing.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest using AES-256. Integration credentials (API keys, tokens) are encrypted before storage. We perform regular security reviews and promptly address vulnerabilities.
Active account data is retained as long as your workspace is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
You may request export of all your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting privacy@healthyoperations.com. We respond to all requests within 5 business days.
We use session cookies for authentication and preference storage only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that share data with advertisers.
We will notify workspace administrators by email at least 14 days before any material changes to this policy take effect.
